Main Processing Technologies of Titanium Special-Shaped Parts
Suitable for large-scale, high-load-bearing titanium special-shaped parts (such as aero-engine connecting rods and chemical reactor heads). Through high-temperature forging, internal defects of titanium alloy are eliminated, and the density and mechanical properties of the material are improved.
Targeting small and medium-sized titanium special-shaped parts with complex structures and high tolerance requirements (such as precision instrument accessories and medical device components). Using multi-axis CNC lathes and milling machines, complex curved surfaces, small apertures, and high-precision processing are realized, with tolerances controllable within ±0.01mm.
