Development History

  • In 2007
    Baoji Yesheng Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. was formally established on February 6, 2007, initially based on the traditional forging process to form a titanium bar batch production capacity.
  • In 2008
    Ye Sheng Titanium realized the first international order breakthrough, and titanium rods were successfully exported to Russia.
  • In 2010
    Expanded the export category from single titanium rods to titanium tubes,  wires, flanges, and other deep-processed products.
  • In 2012
    Built a standardized titanium processing workshop, introduced a spectral detector and other equipment, completed the construction of ISO9001 quality management system, and obtained the relevant certification.
  • In 2017
    Add a plate production line, set up a plate heat exchanger with the plate case R&D team, products are widely used in chemical, nuclear power, and other fields.
  • In 2019
    New vacuum self-consumption furnace melting production line workshop, to realize the leap from raw materials to the independent production of titanium ingots.
  • In 2020
    Enter the small and medium-sized enterprises above the scale of the Shaanxi Province library.
  • In 2021
    Won the title of high-tech enterprise in Shaanxi Province.
  • In 2022
    Build a new production line workshop with an annual output of 5000T of titanium forgings, and the product lineup will be more abundant.
  • In 2023
    Awarded the title of “Specialized, Specialized and New” Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and the independently developed “A kind of titanium bar melting device” was awarded a national utility model patent.
  • In 2024
    A new precision die forging production line workshop was built, realizing the processing of complex anisotropic titanium components.
  • In 2025
    New CNC lathe production line workshop and CNC machining center to realize batch processing and production.
  • Future
    Lay out a whole industry chain production line for titanium and titanium alloy, and build a system covering smelting and processing.
