High purity titanium sponge: international first grade titanium sponge is used, and the supplier has passed ISO 9001 certification.
Precise proportioning of alloy elements: real-time monitoring of key elements such as Al, V, Mo, etc. by spectrum analyzer (OES) to ensure the consistency of performance of alloys such as Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-5Al-2.5Sn.
Impurity limit control: hydrogen content ≤ 150ppm (vacuum annealing process), oxygen content ≤ 0.18% (inert gas protection melting), to eliminate the risk of brittleness.

Mechanical performance test:
Universal testing machine (INSTRON 5985) to verify tensile strength (≥895MPa), elongation (≥10%).
High temperature endurance test (650°C/500 hours, mandatory for aero-engine components).
Non-destructive testing:
Ultrasonic flaw detection (UT) to detect internal defects (sensitivity Φ0.8mm flat-bottomed hole).
Industrial CT scanning (5μm accuracy) for internal structure verification of 3D printed parts.
